Fly Control Programs for Dairy

Over the years, through many experiences and tests, Useful Farm Products has developed a very effective fly control program called the “Knockout Flies Program”. This specially focused program uses a 1-2-3 punch knockout combination of natural and organic biologicals, fly traps, and specialized electronic fly zappers. All the products we sell have been used and tested on our own farm. From our own experiences and the comments from our industry friends and visitors, we know that the products we sell are effective and safe. The normal dairy operation is concentrated in a small area with various functions: feedlot, hutches, lagoons, silage storage – all areas that can have characteristics that encourage fly reproduction – and functional areas like milk parlors require strong fly control.

Content cows will be the most productive. Cows irritated by flies around their eyes, backs and tales will be less productive. The need for the tails swishing at flies uses energy and reduces milk production.

Specialized Electronic Fly Zappers – Our Guerrilla Fly Zappers have a 5-year manufacture’s limited warranty and we guarantee the bulbs for 3-years. We have never had one of these terrific products returned for reasons of customer dissatisfaction.
